For a photo-realistic impression of a room (3D render), I do not necessarily have to visit the site.

You email me a short, concise description of your wishes, a floor plan with dimensions and at least 4 clear photos of the room in question from different angles. I will contact you with a number of questions. We make an appointment for an online session. After your payment I prepare some 3D designs. During an online session I explain my designs. After our conversation you will receive some renders by e-mail, with the necessary explanation. Target price: from 350 € per space. Surcharge per additional space: 300 €.

I always come on site for a technical 3D design for your custom work.

During an introductory meeting, I make an inventory of your wishes and we discuss the style, layout, use, choice of materials, ergonomic requirements, finish, color, functionalities, ... of the custom work. You provide me with a map with dimensions, which I can Check site with my own measurements. I prepare some 3D designs and explain them personally. After approval of the final design, you have the choice. Either I hand over the design to my contractors. They produce your custom furniture, while I closely coordinate and follow up their work until delivery to you. Or I will provide you with the design with the necessary details, so that you can take care of the implementation yourself. Recommended price: from 400 €, depending on the size and complexity of the project (one or more pieces of furniture, a fireplace mantel with integrated TV cabinet and library versus a wardrobe,…). If the works are carried out by my contractors, you will be refunded part of the amount paid after completion of the works.

Would you like to use the design to request quotes from your own contractors? No problem. At an additional cost of 10 € / m² you buy off the usage and copyrights and you can do whatever you want with the design.
